Matthew’s Approach to Coaching
Matthew’s approach begins with a fundamental belief that we have so much more in us than is so often realised. His coaching is designed to have his clients generously reappraise their abilities and learn super smart ways of accessing their potential.
Clients have an opportunity to reshape themselves in ways that are more imaginative, effective and inspiring. This approach is designed to enable clients to re – form who they are at depth. They are also supported to take a very high level of responsibility in generating who they are being in their lives and ensuring their behaviour is designed to work.
Our approach to coaching
He helps clients find their optimal ways of working, digging deep into their potential and pulling out the best available to meet their challenges. His method is to radically build self-understanding to overcome blocks and blind spots whilst building on strengths. Experience has shown him that with more self-awareness comes greater choice, flexibility and accuracy in responding to whatever is happening.
His focus is to embed and apply insights gathered and to establish greater understanding and alternative strategies when operating in areas of challenge.

Coaching is a way to develop your true potential through a process of uncovering and eliminating destructive behavioural and thinking patterns in a supportive, caring and inspirational manner and supporting the discovery and choice of positive, life-affirming, success inducing alternatives. This is achieved using specific tools and scientifically tested techniques that work. Coaching is a solution-focussed approach to personal development that can assist clients to make lasting change in all areas of their Life.
Coaching encourages changes made by the coachee to become routine, sustainable habits over time. As a result of this, they naturally take better care of themselves as they strengthen their level of awareness, understanding and self-belief.
By setting clear objectives, clients will see more easily the progress they are making.
This naturally increases confidence, as achievements can be clearly measured and they will recognise their increasing ability to ‘coach’ themselves successfully in the future.
